Our harvest of our first batch of scaly Fishers Pond carp at 4 summers has taken place and the fish were truly fantastic. I have kept the best 300 to grow on to 5 summer and bigger and every single one has been selected by hand for scale pattern, body shape and size and 200 will be available as 15 lb to 17 lb fish at £275 each in November 2012. My phone has been red hot as news has travelled through the carp fishing world about the standard of the 4 summer carp I have delivered in November and the interest in next years 5 summer fish has been such 120 of then have already been sold. Don’t forget the fish I have kept are the top 300 out of an original 300,000 making them one in a thousand special. The fish selected ranged in size from 12 lb to the biggest a freak at 17 lb 2 oz and should average 16 lb by next November. With only 80 left for the stocking season October 2012 to March 2013 you need to be quick to secure these fabulous fish that will look sensational when they reach 30 lb plus in a few years.

SUPERB 6 SUMMER COMMONS AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 2012 AND FEBRUARY 2013
Every year the reputation of the Fishers Pond commons increases with some absolute monsters around the country with fish to over 50 lb on the Cotswold Water Park, 47 lb 8 oz at Milton Abbas and over 46 lb at Dovecotte and over twenty 40 lb plus commons around the UK. I have just selected 70 five summer commons between 16 lb and 18 lb with great length and tremendous shoulders to grow on for six summer fish next November and again interest has been incredible with half the fish already sold. They should weigh between 19 lb and 23 lb with the 19 lb to 21 lb fish £475 and the 21 lb to 23 lb fish £625 but order early to avoid disappointment.

I confidently predict our crucians will one day hold the British record with our stockies which are just coming up to 11 years old already nearing 4 lb in Milton Abbas and the small lake at Rookley Park on The Isle of Wight. While Stoneham Bottom Lake, Longbridge, Turf Croft Farm and Dandy Ford hold numerous fish over 2 lb. The fish will be available in February 2012 at £8.50 per lb and are not to be missed.
